RELIGION AND MEDITATION

Yogī Surajnāth is a full initiate, a darśanī yogī, of the Nāth Panth,
one of the most ancient spiritual lineages of India.

He now lives in a small village near Ahmednagar in western India, a region with a
long history of association with the Nāth tradition. His quest for
spiritual knowledge has led him to various teachers, living and long gone,
and he is now presenting the heart of his practice and insight in this book.
